These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website aquadome-tirol.icu (the “Site”), published by Thermal Journal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
Thermal Journal is an independent informational and editorial publication about Tyrolean Alps thermal culture, alpine landscape, sauna tradition, and related subjects. The Site provides essays and cultural commentary for general reading.
We are not a hotel, spa operator, travel agency, or booking platform. Mentions of places, regions, or facilities (including Aqua Dome or other landmarks) are editorial references only. You may use the Site if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. The Site is intended for a general adult audience. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors’ use of the Site.

Photographs may be sourced from licensed libraries or contributors; all rights remain with their respective owners where applicable. Trademarks of third parties mentioned in essays remain the property of their owners; mention does not imply affiliation.
5. Accuracy and editorial disclaimer
We aim for careful, readable journalism about culture and place. Content may still contain errors, omissions, or become outdated. Landscapes, facilities, and practices change. You should verify any practical information independently before travel or personal decisions.
Essays may describe temperature contrast, sauna use, or outdoor bathing as cultural practices. They are not medical guidance. Individuals with health conditions should seek professional advice before heat or cold exposure.
